Office Manager / Executive Assistant .

Role Summary :

We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our team at NAPHORA Games Group in our beautifully renovated Riyadh office.

You’ll be part of a creative startup, and collaborative environment, where everyone rolls up their sleeves and contributes to building something exciting from the ground up. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps our office running smoothly, supports our leadership team, and helps nurture a culture where creativity thrives.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage schedules, communications, and follow-ups for leadership.

  • Oversee the daily running of the office, everything from supplies to meeting rooms, ensuring our space is always welcoming and functional .

  • Help and coordinate with HR staff admin tasks such as onboarding, contracts, leave tracking, and employee engagement activitie .

  • Organize events, team activities, and celebrations to keep our culture vibrant.

  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders.

  • Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and bring positive energy to the team.

Qualifications :

  • Female candidate with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in administration, executive assistance, HR, or office management. Preferrabbly in a young and dynamic environment .

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

  • A doer and go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

  • Tech-savvy, with good skills in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
