Role Summary :

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution to support Naphora’s rapid growth and creative ambitions. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll work directly with leadership to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all disciplines, from game design and engineering to art, live ops, and publishing.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with executive leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs aligned with company goals and production roadmaps

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across game development, engineering, design, production, art, marketing, and support.

  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive insights in the gaming industry.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.

  • Build and manage active communities across Discord, Reddit, and social platforms.

  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Naphora’s creative culture and values.

  • Develop tailored recruitment campaigns to attract niche talent (e.g., Unity developers, level designers, live ops experts).

  • Lead initiatives to strengthen Naphora’s employer brand across the gaming industry and online communities.

  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment content for social media, career pages, and events.

  • Represent the studio at conferences, meetups, and recruitment fairs to build industry relationships and increase visibility.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview structures, and evaluation processes.

  • Provide interview training, best practices, and feedback coaching to internal teams.

  • Develop scalable recruitment workflows, and provide data-driven hiring insights.

  • Present regular pipeline analytics, market data, and hiring progress reports to leadership.

  • Champion diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices, ensuring equitable processes and diverse pipelines.

  • Partner with HR and leadership to improve retention by aligning hiring strategies with company culture, values, and long-term vision.

  • Support initiatives around career progression, mentorship, and internal talent development.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the gaming, tech, or creative industries.

  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

  • Strong understanding of gaming industry roles and talent markets.

  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
