Community Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Remote)

Responsibilities :

Manage and moderate game-related communities on Discord and other platforms.
Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and facilitate discussions.
Monitor and address community feedback, escalating issues as necessary.
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to boost interaction and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, updates, and new content.

Self-motivated and able to work independently .
You must have passion in the field of games .
Previous experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in community management tools and platforms, especially Discord.
Ability to handle conflict and manage diverse community dynamics.
Creative and proactive in engaging with the community and promoting positive interactions.
