Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote and position the studio’s games across various platforms.

Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging aligned with the studio’s vision, maintaining a strong and positive brand image.

Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to maximize game visibility and user engagement.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and player preferences to inform marketing decisions and keep the studio ahead of the curve.

Team Leadership: Manage and lead a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while setting and monitoring performance goals.

Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and sales contracts .

Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to secure coverage and build a positive public perception of the studio and its games.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate marketing performance, make informed decisions, and optimize strategies for better results.

Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources while maximizing the impact of marketing initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications :

Self-motivated and able to work independently .

5-10 years of experience in marketing or a similar role .
