Marketing Director

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote and position the studio’s games across various platforms.

  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging aligned with the studio’s vision, maintaining a strong and positive brand image.

  •  Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to maximize game visibility and user engagement.

  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and player preferences to inform marketing decisions and keep the studio ahead of the curve.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while setting and monitoring performance goals.

  • Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and sales contracts .

  • Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to secure coverage and build a positive public perception of the studio and its games.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate marketing performance, make informed decisions, and optimize strategies for better results.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources while maximizing the impact of marketing initiatives.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, including game launches, conferences, and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently .

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .

  • You must have passion in the field of games .

  • Be well-informed in the gaming field and up-to-date with the latest updates and events .

  •  5-10 years of experience in marketing or a similar role .

  • A bachelor's degree in business, computer science or other relevant field
