Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement robust marketing strategies tailored for games on PC, console, and mobile platforms.

  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive and targeted messaging across digital, social media, PR, and events.

  •  Work closely with development teams to align marketing efforts with the unique features and narratives of each game, regardless of platform.

  • Stay abreast of market trends in PC, console, and mobile gaming, leveraging insights to optimize strategies.

  • Oversee the creation of platform-specific marketing materials and promotional content.

  • Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with media, influencers, and platform holders in the PC, console, and mobile gaming spheres.

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact across all platforms.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals.

  • Regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing platform-specific insights and recommendations.

  • Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, including game launches, conferences, and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently .

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .

  • You must have passion in the field of games .

  • Be well-informed in the gaming field and up-to-date with the latest updates and events .

  •  5-10 years of experience in marketing or a similar role .

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated success in leading impactful marketing campaigns across various gaming platforms.

  • Strong analytical, creative, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and understanding of different gaming platforms' ecosystems.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
