Project Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities :

Manage the development lifecycle of multiple games simultaneously across PC, mobile, and console platforms.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, art, design, marketing, and QA to ensure smooth project progression.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables, adjusting timelines and resources as necessary.
Ensure each game project aligns with the company's vision, budget, and quality standards.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners or stakeholders.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during development.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute go-to-market strategies.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in game development and project management.

Self-motivated and able to work independently .
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
You must have passion in the field of games .
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Game Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the game development process for PC, mobile, and console platforms.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
