Project Manager UGC

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage UGC projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams including game design, community management, and marketing.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring timely delivery.
Foster an environment that encourages community participation in UGC creation.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all UGC adheres to company policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote UGC campaigns and initiatives.
Analyze player feedback and data to improve UGC strategies and content.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UGC and gaming.

Self-motivated and able to work independently .
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, Jira , Miro , or MS Project .
You must have passion in the field of games .
Be well-informed in the gaming field and up-to-date with the latest updates and events .
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
3-10 years of experience as a project manager .
Bachelor degree is a relevant field or a PMP certification is a major plus .
Strong understanding of the UGC landscape and its application in games.
